This page explains how to get in touch with the operator of Doodle Baseball, how communication channels work, and what information is recorded when you reach out or submit feedback across the site.

How to Reach the Operator

Notices, inquiries, and general feedback can be sent directly by email to contact [at] doodlebaseball [dot] cc. This mailbox exists and is monitored for messages concerning the site.

Contact Form and Submission Limits

When you submit a message using the on-site contact form, the form records the name, email address, subject, and message text you provide. Submissions also record your IP address and browser user-agent string so the site can rate-limit messages to 3 per hour and block abusive senders.

Messages sent through the contact form are readable by site administrators and are kept until they are manually deleted.

Reporting Game Issues and Broken Links

Every game page includes a dedicated report form. When submitting a report, you select a reason from a fixed list, which includes copyright concerns, and write a description. Providing an email address is optional. The form also records the reporter IP address and a timestamp, which is used to enforce a limit of three reports per item per IP address per day.

Submitted reports are stored with a status and are marked reviewed, resolved, or dismissed in the site administration, which records which administrator handled the report and when. If a listed title stops working, it is deactivated.

Inquiries About Embedded Games

This website is dedicated to the browser game Doodle Baseball, which is playable directly on the homepage, alongside a small selection of related titles in the Sports category. Every game runs in your web browser without requiring a download, plugin, or user registration.

All games are embedded in iframes from third-party providers. This site lists and embeds these titles but did not build, develop, or publish any of them. Embedded third-party providers set their own cookies and receive the visitor IP address, and this site does not control their operations.

Public Comments and Game Feedback

Visitors can leave comments on individual game pages. Submitting a comment stores the commenter name, an optional email address, the text of the comment, the IP address, and the browser user-agent string. Comments are not deleted on a schedule; a comment stays until it is removed, and comments associated with a game are deleted if that game is removed.

Privacy and Communication Inquiries

The audience for this website includes school-age children, and personal information is treated with extra care. Nothing collected by this site is used to build an advertising profile of a child. If you have questions about how data submitted through contact forms, reports, or comments is handled, you may send your inquiry to the operator email address.

For any further questions, reports, or requests not resolved on this page, please email contact [at] doodlebaseball [dot] cc.
