Terms of Service

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using doodlebaseball.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to everything written on this page, you should not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors who browse our pages, submit comments or reports, use the contact form, or play any of the browser games hosted or embedded across the website.

Who May Use the Site

Visitors of all ages are welcome to use doodlebaseball.cc. Because our audience includes school-age children, personal information is treated with extra care, and nothing this site collects is used to build an advertising profile of a child.

Playing games on this site never requires registering an account, logging in, or storing a password. All visitors have equal access to the site without signing up.

If you are under the age of majority in your area, please read these terms alongside a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for guiding their children's internet use, including reviewing the third-party games and external services that appear on this website.

What We Provide

This website is dedicated to the browser game Doodle Baseball, which can be played directly on the homepage, with a small number of related games listed alongside it. The site publishes 1 game category: Sports.

Every game available here runs right in your web browser with no download, plugin, or account needed. Doodle Baseball is the main game on this site. Any other game listed alongside it is a closely related title chosen to sit next to it.

We provide an easy way to discover and play these browser titles without registration barriers. If an embedded title stops working, it is deactivated so visitors do not encounter non-functioning games.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use doodlebaseball.cc responsibly and respect the rules established for on-site communication, game reporting, and general browsing. You agree not to disrupt the operation of the website, transmit harmful code, or attempt to bypass any limits or security measures placed on the site.

When using our interactive features, specific usage limits apply to prevent spam and abuse. Submissions through the contact form are rate-limited to 3 messages per hour. Abusive senders may be blocked from using the contact system.

Each game page includes a report form that allows visitors to report issues such as copyright concerns or broken content. Report submissions are limited to 3 reports per item per IP address per day.

If you post comments on game pages, you must ensure your submissions are respectful and free from harassment, offensive material, or spam. When you like or favourite a game, your action is recorded to prevent the same action from being counted twice.

Any attempt to flood forms, scrape the website through automated means, interfere with other visitors, or circumvent rate limits is strictly prohibited and may result in the restriction of your access.

Third-Party Games and Content

The games featured across doodlebaseball.cc are embedded in iframes from third-party providers. This site lists and embeds those games; it did not build, develop, or publish any of them.

Because these titles are delivered directly by independent third-party hosting services, we do not control their code, internal mechanics, or server infrastructure. When you open or interact with an embedded game, the third-party provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies or similar technologies on your device to function.

We do not control the practices of these third-party game providers. Their content, functionality, and data handling are subject to their own independent policies rather than ours. Visitors should be aware that interacting with an embedded frame connects directly to third-party infrastructure.

If a third-party title stops working, it is deactivated so visitors are not left clicking on non-functional content. In addition, every game page carries a built-in report form where visitors can report broken content, inappropriate material, or copyright issues for administrative review.

Intellectual Property

All games embedded on doodlebaseball.cc belong to their respective creators, developers, and publishers. This website lists and embeds these titles and does not claim ownership, development credits, or publishing rights over third-party games, characters, or trademarks.

The original layout, design, text, and structure of this website are the property of the site operator. Visitors may not copy, reproduce, or scrape the site's design or compilations without prior permission.

If you are a copyright holder and believe that an embedded game or content on this site infringes your intellectual property, you can submit a copyright report through the report form found on each game page or send a formal notice to legal [at] doodlebaseball [dot] cc.

Advertising

To help support the operation of doodlebaseball.cc, the site may show advertisements served by Google AdSense. When it does, Google may use cookies and similar identifiers to deliver them, under its own policies.

In addition, the site may use Google Analytics to measure website traffic. When enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visitor engagement, in accordance with Google's own policies and configurations.

We do not control the automated advertising delivery systems or technologies operated by Google. The data collected by third-party advertising and analytics services is governed directly by Google's privacy policies and tools. Furthermore, because our audience includes school-age children, personal information is treated with extra care, and nothing this site collects is used to build an advertising profile of a child.

Visitors can adjust cookie permissions, clear browser cache, or manage advertising preferences through third-party tools and web browser settings. Please note that some site features, advertisements, analytics or embedded games may behave differently when browser storage or third-party scripts are restricted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website doodlebaseball.cc, along with all embedded games, features, and content, is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not make express or implied warranties or representations regarding the operation, reliability, or continuous availability of the website.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from bugs or technical errors. Because games are embedded from third-party providers, we do not warrant that any individual game will load, remain compatible with your browser, or function without issue. While titles that stop working are deactivated when detected, we cannot promise that all listed games will function without interruption.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of third-party content, scripts, or embedded media found on the site. Your decision to use this website, play third-party browser games, and use on-site features is made at your own discretion. Visitors remain responsible for maintaining their own device security and software settings when browsing online content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of doodlebaseball.cc shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website and its embedded content.

This includes, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, such as loss of data, loss of device functionality, interruption of service, or computer malfunction resulting from visiting the site, playing embedded third-party games, or following links to external services.

We are not liable for the actions, content, scripts, or data practices of third-party game hosts, advertisers, or analytics providers. If an embedded game causes unexpected browser behavior, data loss, or system issues, your recourse is directly with the third-party provider hosting that content.

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of doodlebaseball.cc, its games, or these Terms of Service, your remedy is to discontinue your use of the website. Some legal jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions of liability, so portions of these limitations may apply differently depending on your location.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to doodlebaseball.cc or its interactive features for any visitor who violates these Terms of Service.

Submissions that exceed our automated rate limits—such as sending more than 3 contact messages per hour or more than 3 reports per game per day—will be rejected by the site. Senders who engage in abusive messaging, spamming, harassment, or attempts to disrupt website operations may be blocked from submitting further messages.

In addition, we reserve the right to modify, deactivate, or remove any game listing, comment, or page feature at any time without prior notice. Individual games may be deactivated when they stop working or if intellectual property issues arise.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our website features, third-party integrations, or operating practices. Any revisions take effect as soon as they are posted to this page. Visitors are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of our rules and expectations. Continued use of doodlebaseball.cc indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Contact

If you have questions, feedback, or formal notices regarding these Terms of Service, you can reach the operator by email at legal [at] doodlebaseball [dot] cc. That mailbox exists and is monitored for inquiries, reports, and legal requests concerning the website and its embedded games. We will review your message and respond where appropriate.
